CONSTRUCTION / REMODEL PROJECT

This project consisted of repairs to the septic system drainage line and building exterior items. Restroom plumbing was repaired, septic lines were located and new plumbing was relocated to run alongside the wall of the basement and exit the building closer to the point where it joins the city septic system and the furnace was repaired. The front and back entrance steps were repaired/refinished, the handicap access ramp was replaced, new doors were installed and downstairs lighting was improved. The walls and ceilings were also repainted. Lastly, new carpet was installed and the basement floor was painted.
